HEALTHY BEE POLLEN
Bee pollen, or pollen is an extremely rich source of nutrients. This is a little-known fact, because honey is the most well-known bee product. This product consists of pollen from flowering plants that have been collected and partly processed by them. Pollen is made into small balls, including 100,000 pollen grains (including medicinal ones).
A RICH COMPOSITION OF POLLEN
The invaluable nutritional values of bee pollen, from the very rich chemical composition, as more than 250 different compounds have been identified in it. It contains simple sugars (fructose, glucose), fatty acids, over 30 amino acids (their content in pollen reaches up to 12%!) And minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron and tin. Flower pollen is also a source of many vitamins.
